So many of us want joy, health, and happiness but are unaware of how our thoughts, words, and nonverbal communication get in the way. The good news is that we can learn to connect more effectively and joyfully with those around us.
The skills we learn become a practice, then a habit, and finally a way of being. Life becomes easier and more joyful when we communicate authentically and step into our power.

Kristin Collier blends the latest research in communication and neuroscience with her longtime practice of Nonviolent (a.k.a. Compassionate) Communication to bring you a practice both joyful and authentic.
